CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations & No Shows: Please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no shows will incur a 50% charge of the service total. - Deposits: 50% of your service is required as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for ALL appointments and they are applied towards your final balance. Deposits help secure your appointment but they also help support the artist in case of no shows and cancellations. - Remaining Balance: Remaining balance is due in full on the day of service - payable by my booking site, exact cash, or venmo. - Guests: No extra guests allowed unless underage and accompanied by a parent or guardian or has signed a parental form stating that they are okay to be alone during lash/makeup session. If client is accompanied by a guest, they will be asked to leave or wait in lobby. - Late Arrivals: A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you show up within the 10 minute window, service will resume with the remaining time left in your slot. - Travel Appointments: For travel to you appointments, a $1/mile travel fee will apply and be added to the final total of the service. - Rescheduling: 1 reschedule is allowed if made 48 hours prior to appointment and deposit will be carried over. If the rescheduled appointment is a no call/no show, a 50% charge of the service total will be made to the card on file. - Photo/Video Release: Artist will verbally ask all clients if they are okay to be photographed and/or filmed for portfolio & social media purposes Only. It is not a requirement of services but always appreciated if allowed to. - Communication: If you have any questions, feel free to DM me on social media or reach out via whatsapp and i will get back to you as soon as possible.
